Roles & Responsibilities

• Source and procure materials, finishes, joinery items and FF&E for fit-out projects. 
• Obtain and compare vendor quotations for technical and commercial suitability. 
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms and delivery schedules with suppliers. 
• Coordinate with design and site teams to confirm specifications before ordering. 
• Maintain vendor databases, purchase orders and procurement tracking logs. 
• Support timely delivery of materials to avoid project delays. 

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3–5 years UAE/GCC experience in procurement within interior fit-out. 
• Good knowledge of fit-out materials, finishes and FF&E sourcing. 
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills. 
• Proficiency in MS Excel and procurement tracking tools. 
• Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Interior Design, Engineering or a related field.
