8. Perform evaluations to recognize and assess suppliers based on quality, price and dependability.

  • Negotiate with suppliers to obtain favorable contract terms and conditions under supervision of Procurement Manager.
  • Responsible for updating the approved Vendor List as per the company policy.
  • Ensure that procurement activities are compliant with internal policies and external/industry regulations; including professional ethics and code of conduct.
  • Serve as the point of contact between the project/site management and suppliers to clarify technical specifications or resolve issues.
  • Administer supplier contracts and agreements, ensuring they meet both short-term needs and long-term strategic goals.
  • Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
  • Coordinate site inspections and testings as required by authorities.
  • Ensure proper documentation for project handover, including warranties, manuals, and final reports.
  • Preparation and issue of necessary reports (weekly, monthly) as needed in the operation.
  • Receives Adhoc purchasing works from other departments and assign to procurement officers for processing.
  • Perform Adhoc tasks as required by line manager to support the department’s workload.
  • Always align work ethics to company objectives and continuously seek improvement towards work responsibilities.
  • Participates in company HR programs in staff engagement, talent development and other initiatives to improve performance and professionalism at work
Responsibilities
  1. Responsible for the procurement process for all project-related materials and services.
  • Collaborate with project managers and designers to understand technical aspects of material requirements.
  • Draft and distribute RFPs to potential vendors, outlining the specifications and requirements for products or services needed.
  • Work together with procurement officers, accounts payable and site management in ensuring that payments and material deliveries are on time.
  • Administer the timely updates of LPO tracker in the google sheets.
  1. Collaborate with the materials/design team to guarantee that the acquired materials meet all required specifications and quality standards.
  2. Perform detailed cost analyses to identify optimal procurement options aligned with budget constraints and quality standards.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
