Roles & Responsibilities

• Source and procure engineering materials, equipment, and services.
• Review technical specifications, drawings, and purchase requisitions.
• Prepare RFQs, evaluate technical and commercial quotations, and recommend suppliers.
• Negotiate prices, delivery schedules, and commercial terms with vendors.
• Issue purchase orders and monitor order status until delivery.
• Coordinate with engineering, project, QA/QC, and logistics teams to ensure timely material availability.
• Develop and maintain supplier relationships and procurement records.
• Ensure compliance with company procurement procedures and client requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Instrumentation Engineering.
• 2–3 years of procurement experience in the Oil & Gas or MEP industry.
• Good knowledge of engineering materials, vendor sourcing, and procurement processes.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) is an advantage.
• Candidates currently based in Qatar are preferred.
