Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage procurement strategies for MEP systems, ensuring alignment with project timelines and budgets.
  • Conduct detailed market analysis to identify and evaluate potential suppliers, fostering strong supplier relationships.
  • Prepare and issue Requests for Quotation (RFQs), ensuring clarity in technical specifications and commercial terms.
  • Negotiate contracts with suppliers, aiming for the best value while maintaining quality standards and delivery timelines.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering, with a strong foundation in MEP systems.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, specifically within the MEP or construction industry.
  • Professional certifications such as Certified Purchasing Professional (CPP) or similar are highly desirable.
  • Experience with procurement software and tools, enhancing efficiency in supply chain management.
