Become a player in ecological transformation by joining us!🌿 🌍 Job Description As our new Procurement Engineer for CSM and Services Business Lines, you will be a key player in our Purchasing team, driving the strategic sourcing of chemical products, equipment, materials, and services. You will optimize our supply chain, build strong supplier relationships, and contribute directly to the operational excellence of our projects. This is a role where your decisions matter and your impact is real. Chemical Products – Purchasing & Logistics Manage and develop a portfolio of strategic suppliers (registration, evaluation, performance tracking). Lead negotiations, prepare RFQs, purchase orders, and cost estimates. Oversee end-to-end logistics : external warehouse management, inventory control, ERP tracking, stock adjustments, traceability, and incident resolution. Ensure cost control and invoice accuracy. Support quality audits and collaborate with the Sales & Proposals team. Equipment, Materials & Services – Strategic Purchasing Source and optimize purchases across multiple categories. Negotiate contracts and manage supplier relationships at Group level. Analyze KPIs, reports, and statistics to drive continuous improvement. Contribute to the modernization of purchasing processes in line with Group standards. Support the Bidding department with procurement expertise. Qualifications Education: Engineering degree or equivalent. Experience: 3–5 years in purchasing & procurement in an industrial environment. Technical Skills: ERP systems, Google Workspace, inventory management, data analysis & KPIs. Key Challenges & Competencies: Strategic creativity, supply chain risk resilience, data-driven analytics for support decision making, and cross-functional stakeholder. Communication skills. Languages: Advanced English + Spanish (negotiation level). Valuable: Experience in the water treatment industry. Knowledge of IoT, AI, or process automation applied to procurement. Portuguese language (medium/fluent level).
