This role will focus on providing internal support for the Ivalua platform, ensuring seamless integration & functionality with SAP, assisting users across various business units. The ideal candidate will have a background in SAP, procurement processes, and supplier management tools. Training on Ivalua will be provided, but previous experience with the tool will be considered. What You Will Do Core Support Tasks: Provide first and second-level internal support for the Ivalua spend- and supplier-management platform, addressing and resolving any issues related to the software. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Ivalua and its integration with SAP. Monitor and analyze the performance of the software, making recommendations for improvements. Assist in system configuration, user access management, and data validation. Support testing and deployment of new features, enhancements, and patches. Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with procurement, IT, and business stakeholders to ensure system stability and user satisfaction. Liaise with external vendors and Ivalua support when necessary. Reporting and Communication: Provide periodic status reports on project progress, risks, and mitigation strategies. Help conduct regular training sessions for users to ensure they are proficient in using the software. Document support processes, FAQs, and training materials for internal users. What You Need to Be Successful Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven 2+ years of experience as an analyst - tester or similar role in software development. Sound knowledge of SAP and procurement processes (2+ years). Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically. Familiarity with supplier management or spend management tools (e.g., Ivalua, Ariba, Coupa). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Advanced English. Bonus Points if You Have Previous experience with Ivalua or similar procurement platforms. Experience in a multinational corporate environment. Experience in managing cross functional projects. Product Owner experience would bring you to the top of the list. What Makes You Eligible Be willing to travel up to 25% domestic and international.
