Description
Key Responsibilities: Coordinate new product proposals from sourcing to approval. Evaluate supplier quotations based on quality, pricing, and reliability. Conduct market surveys and price comparisons to ensure cost competitiveness. Manage and maintain relationships with existing suppliers, including performance monitoring. Collaborate with internal departments (Logistics, Marketing, Warehouse, RTM, QM) to ensure smooth product launch and distribution. Handle product quality issues and customer complaints in a timely manner. Ensure products comply with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies. Prepare reports and perform ad hoc duties as assigned by the superior. Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Marketing, or related field. 1–2 years of relevant working experience (fresh graduates with strong analytical skills are encouraged to apply). Strong attention to detail with good analytical and problem-solving skills. Good communication and coordination skills to work with internal teams and suppliers. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel (e.g., basic formulas, data analysis, and reporting). Willing to learn, proactive, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Fluency in Mandarin is a plus point.
