Job Description The Procurement Executive supports the procurement and supply chain operations of Constance Hospitality by assisting the Group Supply Chain Manager and the Senior Procurement & Logistics Manager in coordinating purchasing activities, supplier communications, and logistics follow-up across the group’s hotel properties. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsibilities and duties for this position shall include but not be limited to, the following areas and activities. At management discretion, directives may be given to perform tasks outside the scope of work described. Requests for quotations for the procurement of items. To make a comparison of quotes by using a suitable diagram for presentation of data, for example, charts. Assist in preparing savings reports, using proper dashboards for presentation. Supports in the determination of the lowest responsible bidder and select or recommends the selection of appropriate vendor or supplier. Ensure that for each purchase, a PO is done using the purchasing requisition as per the group’s policy. Assist in Contract Renewal and new ones with suppliers, participating in negotiations. Ensure that the strategic goals, policies, and procedures of the company are followed when carrying out procedures to purchase items. Assist in the Item Code Creation for all properties. Performs regular follow-up with suppliers until delivery of purchases. Monitors all Air/Sea shipments for the group and assesses the effectiveness of the supply chain system. Assist in import/export documentation and import permit/license where applicable. Recommend changes in operational methods and procedures for improvement. Perform these and other duties as required. Qualifications Key Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or relevant field. Previous experience in the field with at least 3-5 years of experience. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent and firm leadership and management skills. Extensive field knowledge of procurement. Ability to direct others according to company standards.
