WHAT YOU'LL DO Receive and review approved purchase requests related to F&B items. Source potential suppliers and compare quotations, product quality, and service to ensure the best purchasing options. Work directly with suppliers to negotiate pricing, contract terms, and payment conditions. Monitor and update delivery schedules to ensure timely receipt of goods. Coordinate with internal departments to resolve issues arising during the purchasing and receiving process. Conduct monthly supplier performance evaluations, report findings to Management, and propose improvements to the procurement process. Conduct market research to review input costs, selling prices, and consumer trends in order to recommend adding or removing products in a timely manner. Perform other related duties as assigned by the line manager. WHAT'S IDEAL TO US Bachelor's degree or College degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Procurement, or related fields. At least 1 year of experience in a similar role (internship experience is acceptable). Strong negotiation and persuasion skills. Good communication and coordination skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
