REQUIREMENT:

• Looking for 3-5 years’ experience & successful track record in procurement.
• Proven track record in taking end-to-end ownership and driving results.
• Strong verbal and written communications skills, as well as the ability to work effectively across internal and external organizations.
• Proficiency in Excel and/or other data analysis tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects - work prioritization, planning and task delegation.
• Proficiency in English.

Experience:

• Procurement Healthcare: 7 years (Preferred)

• Supplier Sourcing and Evaluation: Research and identify potential suppliers, assess their reliability and develop relationships to ensure cost-effective and quality products.
• Purchase Orders: Create, process, and manage purchase orders in line with organizational needs, ensuring accuracy and on-time delivery.
• Supplier Coordination: Proactively exchange information related to stock availability, delivery & pricing from the sellers.
• Inventory Management: Assist sellers with inventory tracking, product listings, and ensuring they meet stock requirements. This might involve monitoring product availability and updating listings.
• Order Processing: Oversee the processing of orders to ensure timely shipment and delivery. This includes coordinating between the seller and logistics teams.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other departments (e.g., logistics, finance, and operations) to ensure smooth order execution processes.
• Compliance: Ensure that all procurement activities adhere to the company’s policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
