JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for a highly organized Procurement Officer to manage the sourcing, purchasing, and vendor management of automotive parts, materials, and services. The role ensures cost-effective procurement, strong supplier relationships, and timely availability of items to support production and aftersales operations.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–4 years of procurement experience (preferably in automotive or manufacturing).
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Knowledge of automotive spare parts, raw materials, and industry suppliers.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) and MS Office.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines under pressure.

• Source and purchase automotive parts, consumables, equipment, and services in line with company requirements.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms with suppliers to achieve cost savings.
• Evaluate and onboard new vendors while maintaining strong relationships with existing suppliers.
• Ensure timely delivery of materials to support production schedules and service operations.
• Prepare and process purchase orders, ensuring compliance with company policies and budgets.
• Monitor supplier performance (quality, delivery timelines, and reliability).
• Conduct market research to identify trends, new products, and potential suppliers.
• Maintain accurate procurement records and generate reports for management.
• Collaborate with logistics, warehouse, and finance teams for smooth operations.
