Roles & Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate suppliers for high-end luxury materials.
• Secure competitive pricing and favorable payment terms without compromising the quality standards required for luxury projects.
• Collaborate with the technical team to ensure all procured materials meet specific architectural standards and client expectations.
• Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize sourcing and reduce costs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Conduct market research and supplier assessments to identify reliable vendors and negotiate favorable terms and conditions.
• Manage the end-to-end procurement process, from requisition to purchase order issuance, ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Monitor supplier performance and maintain relationships to ensure quality service delivery and timely resolution of issues.
• Handle all procurement-related paperwork, including invoices, delivery notes, and customs documentation for imported luxury goods.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in procurement or supply chain management within a relevant industry, demonstrating expertise.
• Professional certifications such as Certified Purchasing Professional (CPP) or Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) are highly regarded.
• Experience in working with international suppliers and understanding global sourcing dynamics is essential.
• UAE Driving License is mandatory

·      Familiar with using Microsoft Office Suite tools, Tally, and SAP (ICA); Conversant in developing and executing cost-saving strategies across procurement and logistics
