We provide Underground Utilities Infrastructure construction and maintenance, sewer pipeline rehabilitation, road and airfield construction and maintenance as well as asphalt pre-mix production and construction waste recycling.
DESIGNATION : Procurement Executive

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum Diploma in Supply Chain, Engineering, or equivalent certifications.
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in procurement or purchasing, preferably within the construction industry.
  • Good understanding of supply chain procedures.
  • Resourceful, self-driven, and proactive, with a positive attitude. Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to manage work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Eager to learn, take on new responsibilities, and grow with our team.

Responsibilities
  • Manage daily activities related to sourcing and purchasing of equipment, spare parts, goods, and services.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the procurement process to ensure efficiency and compliance.
  • Supervise purchasing functions and coordinate with relevant teams to meet organizational needs.
  • Source, negotiate, and purchase spare parts, materials, and services from both local and overseas vendors in accordance with the Company’s requirements.
  • Evaluate vendor quotations to ensure they meet technical and commercial specifications as specified by end users.
  • Plan, issue, and monitor Purchase Orders, delivery schedules, and shipment timelines for daily operational purchasing needs.
  • Address and resolve supply, quality, service, and invoicing issues with vendors in a timely manner.
  • Assist in conducting annual ISO performance reviews for vendors.
  • Evaluate supplier performance based on quality standards, delivery punctuality, and pricing competitiveness, ensuring alignment with organizational expectations.
  • Implement internal procurement strategies to meet high delivery demands and short lead-time requirements.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in internal procurement databases.
  • Conduct market research to identify pricing trends and sourcing opportunities.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for Bi-monthly Management Meetings.
  • Perform any other related duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor or Head of Department (HOD).
