REQUIREMENTS:

Education

  • Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience

  • Minimum 2 years of procurement experience in wellness, healthcare, F&B, or fitness industries.
  • Strong familiarity with Singapore regulations (SFA, HSA, NEA) is a plus.

Skills & Attributes

  • Proven ability to work with high accuracy and efficiency under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent project management and coordination skills across cross-functional teams.
  • Strong negotiation, vendor management, and communication capabilities.
  • Meticulous with a keen eye for detail and a habit of proactive problem-solving.

Languages

  • Proficient in English (spoken and written); Mandarin or Malay is a plus for liaising with local suppliers.

  • Knowledge of import logistics, local warehousing, or product distribution channels.

Responsibilities
  1. Sourcing & Supplier Management
  • Identify and evaluate local and international suppliers across categories (medical supplies, F&B, equipment, recovery tools).
  • Build and manage an approved vendor list aligned with LLMG’s standards.
  • Negotiate favourable pricing, delivery terms, and credit arrangements with vendors.
  • Maintain collaborative, long-term supplier relationships that ensure reliability and service continuity.
  1. Procurement Operations
  • Manage end-to-end procurement cycle including RFQ, PO issuance, order tracking, and goods receipt.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (medical, kitchen, fitness, recovery) to consolidate needs and meet program timelines.
  • Maintain optimal inventory levels, ensuring no overstock or critical stockouts.
  • Source for new or replacement items based on shifting operational demands.
  1. Quality & Compliance
  • Ensure all purchased items meet internal quality benchmarks and external regulatory standards (SFA, HSA, NEA).
  • Maintain documentation for food traceability, equipment warranties, and medical certifications.
  • Support internal audits and ensure readiness for compliance reviews at all times.
  1. Cost Optimisation & Strategic Prioritisation
  • Proactively identify cost-saving opportunities through bulk buying, strategic vendor selection, or alternate sourcing.
  • Monitor procurement KPIs: cost efficiency, delivery timelines, and vendor performance.
  • Provide regular reporting and insights to the Head of Operations on procurement trends and spend analysis.
  1. Project Management & Administration
  • Oversee multiple procurement initiatives with clear timelines, deliverables, and communication with stakeholders.
  • Prepare and maintain documentation: invoices, receipts, POs, supplier logs, and contracts.
  • Partner with Finance for invoice matching, payment follow-ups, and budget alignment.
  • Organise and streamline procurement processes for operational efficiency.
