Key Responsibilities•Source and evaluate local and international suppliers, identifying new sourcing opportunities.•Prepare RFQs, obtain quotations, and conduct quotation comparisons.•Negotiate competitive prices, credit/payment terms, and delivery schedules.•Prepare purchase orders and coordinate material purchases and deliveries.•Follow up on orders and maintain accurate supplier and procurement records.•Coordinate independently with suppliers, transporters, Operations, and Accounts.•Maintain procurement reports using Excel.
