Description
Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage end-to-end procurement activities, including sourcing, vendor evaluation, and purchase order processing.  2. Support price negotiation with vendors to achieve cost efficiency and value-for-money outcomes.  3. Ensure compliance with procurement policies, approval limits, and internal controls.  4. Monitor vendor performance and manage relationships, including handling escalations and service issues.  5. Assist in print room management, including coordination of print jobs, vendor oversight, and ensuring service levels are met.  6. Perform data analysis and reporting on procurement activities, including exception monitoring and cost tracking.  7. Support audit requirements, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to SOPs.  8. Handle KM copier helpdesk enquiries to ensure staff are able to carry out printing smoothly. 9. Participate in and support special projects and process improvement initiatives as assigned.  Requirements: * Degree or Diploma in Business, Procurement, Supply Chain, or related field  * Relevant experience in procurement or vendor management  * Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills  * Good understanding of procurement controls and compliance requirements
