Roles & Responsibilities

BAStech Group of Companies is a premier workforce, industrial, and manpower solutions provider based in the UAE. We are seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented, and proactive Procurement Executive to join our core supply chain operations in Sharjah.

In this role, you will play a key part in managing supplier relationships, vendor negotiations, subcontracting/outsourcing agreements, and procurement workflows to support our expanding workforce operations and client project requirements across Dubai, Sharjah, and Ajman.

Key Responsibilities:

• Vendor & Supplier Management: Source, evaluate, and onboard potential suppliers, sub-contractors, and operational leads to support manpower deployment and site requirements.
• RFQ & LPO Processing: Draft and analyze Requests for Quotation (RFQ), prepare Local Purchase Orders (LPO), evaluate commercial terms, and maintain accurate purchasing records.
• Outsourcing & Resource Procurement: Coordinate outsourcing channels, negotiate labor supply/subcontracting costs, and secure competitive terms aligned with project timelines and client SLAs.
• Supplier Relationship Maintenance: Build and sustain strong, long-term relationships with external vendors, operational partners, and service providers to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Site & Operational Coordination: Liaise closely with internal management and site coordination teams to map operational needs, identify material/resource gaps, and ensure timely dispatch.
• Compliance & Cost Control: Track market pricing trends, conduct cost analyses to drive savings, and ensure all procurement activities comply with company policy and UAE statutory regulations.
