We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement Executive to join our team in a fast-paced construction environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and procuring construction materials, equipment, and services at competitive rates while maintaining high quality standards and ensuring timely delivery to project sites.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Civil Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of procurement experience, preferably in the construction .
• Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of construction materials, contracts, and project timelines.

• Source and evaluate suppliers, contractors, and service providers.
• Request and compare quotations to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality.
• Negotiate prices, terms, and delivery schedules with vendors.
• Prepare purchase orders and track deliveries.
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and inventory.
• Work closely with project managers, site engineers, and finance teams to forecast procurement needs.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and contractual obligations.
• Monitor supplier performance and maintain strong vendor relationships.
• Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams for timely delivery and storage.
• Conduct regular market analysis to stay updated on material trends and cost fluctuations.
