Procurement Executive

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in the mechanical engineering field
• Minimum 2 years working experience in a similar capacity
• Able to analyze information quickly and accurately
• Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills

• Work with our sales department to ensure procurement strategies support overall business objectives.
• Support product development with insights on procurement capabilities, material availability, and technological advancements.
• Collaborate closely with suppliers to co-develop innovative and cost-effective retail products.
• Do detailed studies for all our OEM products, listing specifications of components to materials used
• Standardize components where possible
• Work with our design department to customize packaging designs, installation manuals, technology names
• Work with our QC to ensure every batch of OEM products meets our high-quality standards and complies with regulatory requirements.
• Manage risks in the supply chain to ensure consistent product quality and availability.
• Drive cost reduction and efficiency improvements in the procurement supply chain process.
• Lead sustainability initiatives within the procurement of OEM products.
