WORK EXPERIENCE & SKILL JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Work minimum 5 to 10 years in tool shop manufacturing micro-mechanics’ part.
  • Strong experience on technical drawing understanding & able to map the manufacturing process Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Technical Buyer or in a similar role.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in procurement software and tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proactive and self-motivated.
  • Strong ethical standards and integrity.

Responsibilities
  1. Manage short cycle demands, customer emergencies and forced outages, expedite past-due, urgent demands.
  2. Resolve any issues or discrepancies with suppliers and deliveries.
  3. Ensure all purchases meet the company’s quality, technical specifications & delivery timeline.
  4. Identify/evaluate potential suppliers meeting Company’ technical & machining requirement .
  5. Collaborate with engineering and application teams to understand technical requirements.
  6. Negotiate contracts and pricing with suppliers to ensure cost-effective purchasing.
  7. Manage supplier relationships and monitor supplier performance.
  8. Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier performance.
  9. Develop and implement purchasing tactic to optimize cost and efficiency.
  10. Prepare and present reports on purchasing activities and performance.
  11. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  12. Monitor inventory levels & manage replenishment in relation with sales team & demand.
  13. Evaluate and improve purchasing processes and procedures.
