A Luxury gifting company looking for a procurement Executive.

Responsibilities;

  • Sourcing & Supplier Management
  • Identify, evaluate, and develop new suppliers and vendors.
  • Build and maintain strong supplier relationships.
  • Conduct market research for competitive pricing and industry trends.
  • Source new products, materials, and innovations to support company growth.
  • Purchasing & Negotiation
  • Obtain and evaluate quotations from multiple suppliers.
  • Negotiate prices, payment terms, delivery timelines, and contracts.
  • Ensure cost-effectiveness without compromising on quality.
  • Product Development Support
  • Work with R&D, sales, and marketing teams to introduce new products.
  • Identify potential products that align with market demand.
  • Liaise with suppliers on product customization, samples, and trials.
  • Inventory & Demand Planning
  • Coordinate with internal teams to forecast material/product requirements.
  • Ensure stock availability while avoiding excess inventory.
  • Track consumption patterns and adjust purchasing plans.
  • Compliance & Documentation
  • Ensure all purchases follow company policy and compliance standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, supplier agreements, and invoices.
  • Support procurement reporting and audits.
  • Cost & Process Optimization
  • Monitor procurement KPIs (cost savings, supplier lead time, delivery accuracy).
  • Explore opportunities for cost reduction and process efficiency.
  • Suggest continuous improvements in procurement workflows.
  • Cross-Department Coordination
  • Work with logistics to ensure timely delivery.
  • Coordinate with quality control for inspection and resolution of product issues.
  • Support special projects requiring strategic sourcing.

SKILLS & COMPETENCIES

  • Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
  • Knowledge of sourcing techniques and supply chain best practices.
  • Ability to identify and evaluate new product opportunities.
  • Proficiency in ERP/procurement systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–5 years’ experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED6,000.00 per mont
