To reinforce the Benelux Procurement departments within the CFO domain, Allianz is seeking a Procurement Expert. If you have proven experience in procurement methodologies, modeling, and certification, and are looking for a challenging role that involves interacting and collaborating with various stakeholders across our Benelux organization, this opportunity is for you. As Procurement expert, you’re responsible to advice and support the business on their sourcing needs and ensure fulfillment to our Procurement Standard. You will be in charge of contract and supplier lifecycle management. You will continuously challenge the business to prevent risk exposure and ensuring compliancy to our standards. What we offer? We count on you for the following tasks: Advocate of the Procurement Standard and educate the business on demand Monitor process compliancy to the Procurement Standard Monitor legal compliancy to the Procurement Standard (Anti-Corruption Clause, Sustainability, VIS screening) Maintain Supplier/Contract Database (including all relevant documentation) Interact with and involve other functions (e.g. risk and compliance for risk assessments according to IRCS) Complete the Vendor screening Prepare and run RFP Run the Supplier/Contract database to keep it complete and up-to-date Take the ownership to pro-actively identify cost saving opportunities with the business Involved in Process review and Tooling implementation Who we’re looking for? We seek a candidate holding a degree in Business Administration, Finance, Legal, or a related field. You should possess strong general procurement knowledge and excellent communication and negotiation skills. Experience in business consultancy or project management, along with a solid understanding of business and associated risks, is essential. You should be reliable, result-oriented, and performance-driven. Fluent in English and French, proficient in Dutch is considered a plus. Confidence in discussions and the ability to convincingly challenge stakeholders are crucial traits for success in this role.
