The role As Procurement Finance Manager, you will own Procurement Finance forecasting process for the Materials (Raw materials [RM], Packaging materials [PM] and Finished Goods produced by co-packers[3PM]) and supporting governance across RM, PM and 3PM, from data preparation to price forecasting, evaluation, and uplift. Ensure accurate actualization, driver-based forecasts, fact-based directional views, robust variance management, and timely sign‑offs in close partnership with Procurement, SC FP&A, Central PFET, and Market PFET teams. Act as the process integrator across systems (Anaplan, Predikt, S4 HANA, Power BI) and data objects (FX, RMX, product logic, volumes), delivering insight, control, and actionable recommendations. What you'll be responsible for Data Preparation: Coordinate pre-cycle set-up, actualization, currency exposure updates, volume forecast collection for all regions, contract price and data loads, validations; liaise with buyers and ensure Predikt system hygiene and timeliness. Price Forecasting: Orchestrate economic assumptions release, what‑If runs, Procurement Leadership team pre‑alignment (incl. directional view, Commodity Risk Management inputs), pricing signal model review, buyers’ inputs, Sustainability Sourcing reporting and query resolution. Central Evaluation: Validate impacts (FX/NMCI – Net Material Cost Impact/CoC – Cycle on cycle and YoY- year on year), manage adjustment templates, category allocations, and bridge gap validation; lead network and market reviews; prepare and validate Procurement Leadership team content (decks, pricing signal, fact loads, comms). DDP Uplift (WAPR): Review transfer prices vs Predikt, drive corrections with Supply Chain Finance Services (SCFS) - GBS and sign off forecast and pricing impacts. Business Partnering & Governance: Serve as the central interface among Procurement, SCFS, FP&A, Central/Market Procurement FET; drive accuracy, compliance, and on‑time delivery; communicate insights to leadership and secure decisions/sign‑offs. Key Procurement interfaces: Buyers (local/global), Procurement Directors (network/market) and global CPRM (Commodity Price Risk Management). Teamwork: within Procurement Finance Forecasting – Materials group, ensure full interchangeability by continuous training, development and timely knowledge sharing within the Materials forecasting team. We're looking for someone who Bachelor’s degree in finance/accounting/economics; CIMA/ACCA qualifications are a plus. 7+ years in Procurement/Supply Chain Finance or FP&A with forecasting and variance analysis. Strong grasp of FX, commodities, RM/PM/3PM cost drivers, PPV, and procurement pricing mechanics. Advanced Excel; SAP ECC or S4H; Power BI experience Financial Accounting, management accounting and Reporting knowledge Effective Communication: Fluent in English, oral and written.
