Description

Key Accountabilities * Data accuracy & authenticity for Balance Score Card reporting. Timely production of reports * Development of new Analytics & Business Intelligence techniques * Supplier Relationship Management Process & Policy improvement * Timely & efficient processing of supplier registration requests * Introduction of SRM techniques. Coordination with strategic suppliers, BU and Sourcing for SRM * Development of reports/analysis to help manage suppliers in a better way * Effective monitoring of departmental budget * Involvement of Business Units in Supplier Performance Evaluation * Timely completion of Supplier Performance Evaluation * Implementation of Process changes through ERP. Vendor Master Data Management Qualifications: * Bachelor degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Engineering required Experience: * Minimum of 5-7 years Procurement Operations * Minimum 5 years’ experience of Supplier Relationship Management * Minimum of (2) two years of business intelligence and data management * Good working knowledge telecom Procurement & SCM on both the Technical and Commercial Side Skills: * Must have strong analytical, project management, and consulting skills, * Must demonstrate strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. * Must be proficient in all Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Word); ERP/OBI/ARIS systems experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Responsible for procurement intelligence, focusing on business intelligence, Supplier Relationship Management (SRM), and Vendor Master Data Management. The role involves streamlining processes, monitoring departmental budgets, and conducting supplier performance evaluations.
