Identification of Key Suppliers and Subcontractors
Management of sales information sharing with Procurement Commodities to ensure spares material coverage
Consolidation of spares demands from material and logistics solutions to prioritize negotiations with suppliers, aiming at securing and approving commercial conditions
Detection of organisational blockers and contribution to streamline processes to avoid overlaps or gaps in competitive parts management, including contractual aspects
Development and maintaining of relevant roadmap with suppliers securing elements like prices, lead times and discounts. Investigating alternative solutions in case of Supplier issues
Implementation of Supplier Dashboard KPIs and Supplier Surveys, focused on Services
