• Stakeholder management
• Identification of Key Suppliers and Subcontractors
• Management of sales information sharing with Procurement Commodities to ensure spares material coverage
• Consolidation of spares demands from material and logistics solutions to prioritize negotiations with suppliers, aiming at securing and approving commercial conditions
• Detection of organisational blockers and contribution to streamline processes to avoid overlaps or gaps in competitive parts management, including contractual aspects
• Development and maintaining of relevant roadmap with suppliers securing elements like prices, lead times and discounts. Investigating alternative solutions in case of Supplier issues
• Implementation of Supplier Dashboard KPIs and Supplier Surveys, focused on Services
