To make cities for people, not cars—and we need you to help make it happen! About the Role We’re looking for a curious and analytical Procurement Intern to join our Procurement team in Tallinn. This internship offers hands-on exposure to both strategic sourcing and procurement excellence in a fast-growing global tech company. You will support live sourcing projects across Operations categories while contributing to spend analytics, process improvements, and procurement governance initiatives. This is a great opportunity to understand how procurement drives real business impact — from cost optimisation to data-driven decision-making and scalable processes. Your Daily AdventuresSupport sourcing projects by assisting with RFx preparation, supplier communication, and bid analysis. Conduct spend and supplier analysis to identify cost optimisation and value creation opportunities across categories. Help structure and improve procurement processes, templates, and internal guidelines. Support data enrichment and reporting in procurement systems (e.g., Zycus). Collaborate with stakeholders across Bolt (Drive, Delivery, Rides, Rentals, etc.) to understand business needs and translate them into structured procurement support. About youYou are currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field. You have a strong interest in sourcing, negotiations, or business analytics. You are comfortable working with Excel or Google Sheets and enjoy analysing data. You are structured, detail-oriented, and enjoy solving complex problems. You communicate clearly in English and are confident working with various stakeholders. You are proactive, curious, and eager to take ownership of defined tasks and projects. Experience is great, but what we really look for is drive, intelligence, and integrity.
