Your mission : As our future Procurement Intern, you will be integrated into the Procurement team and support the team on a wide variety of tasks. You’ll be involved in the entire purchasing lifecycle, from supplier creation, through sourcing and contracting, to Procure to Pay activities .

BE A PART OF OUR TEAM WHERE YOU WILL:

• Assist in the day-to-day operations of the procurement department ;
• Support the procurement team in sourcing and purchasing activities ;
• Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and evaluate their capabilities ;
• Help manage supplier relationships and maintain accurate supplier records ;
• Assist in the preparation and processing of purchase orders and contracts ;
• Participate in contract negotiations and support the procurement team in achieving cost savings ;
• Maintain and update procurement databases (Ivalua) ;Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth procurement processes.

• A re currently studying for a bachelor’s or a master’s degree speciali zation in Procurement or are studying general subjects and have already had some experience in Procurement ;
• A re looking for a six -month internship;
• Can demonstrate ful l proficient with the Microsoft Office suite;
• Possess b asic knowledge on Ivalua Source to contract solution is an asset ;
• S peak fluent French and English;

• A re dynamic, you know how to work independently, and you are good with numbers;A re a team player and possess strong verbal and written communication skills.
