We are currently seeking a Procurement Operations Intern for our Apodaca location, to support the Indirect Purchasing process. This position will ensure the procurement process is being followed as well as support the end user inquiries. Also, will ensure the invoice discrepancies are being addressed working together with end users and the Accounts Payable team. What do you get to do in this position? Perform sanity checks on purchase requisitions (quote, price, vendor, market). Clarify any doubt working together with Schneider end users. Support the end user with fulfillment issues. Solve blocked invoices working together with the vendor, end user and Accounts Payable. Collaborate to investigate further about our internal customers and their needs. Participate in the P2P Transformation as ambassador of the change. Purchase Orders archiving We know skills and competencies show up in many different ways and can be based on your life experience.
