Summary This position will serve as support to our Corporate Procurement team in their day-to-day operations which includes interfacing with internal stakeholders across different company orgs as well as external stakeholders. This is a part-time and temporary position located at our Corporate HQ in Boston, MA. This role will report to the Procurement Analyst. The compensation for this position is $18-20.00 per hour. Responsibilities Help to create dashboards and tracking templates for new policies and procedures. Review new vendors and determine vendor eligibility through company policy. Track and approve invoices. Interface with vendors on day-to-day changes. Lead a to be defined project for the term of the internship. Assist in maintenance of category management. Track changes in spend. Help promote adaption of new policies. Daily review of electronic transactions for compliance. Basic Qualifications Currently enrolled in a four-year undergraduate degree program focused on business studies, supply chain, procurement, or other relevant study area. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Microsoft Office Suite. Other Qualifications Analytical mindset. Attention to detail. Strong communication skills. Experience with ERP or CMMS systems, dashboards, or PowerBi. Physical Requirements Must submit to pre-employment drug screening.
