Position Overview:
As part of our growth, we are looking for a Procurement Junior Analyst to support our purchasing, vendor management, and supply chain optimization efforts.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience: 0–2 years of procurement, supply chain, or related administrative/analyst experience.

• Purchase Order Management
• Prepare, submit, and track purchase orders for raw materials, packaging, and services.
• Ensure timely follow-up with vendors to confirm order status and lead times.
• Vendor Coordination
• Assist in maintaining accurate vendor records, pricing agreements, and approved supplier lists.
• Support the evaluation of supplier performance and compliance with quality and regulatory standards.
• Inventory & Forecast Support
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the planning team to avoid stock-outs or overages.
• Assist in reconciling procurement data with ERP systems for accurate forecasting and reporting.
• Cost & Data Analysis
• Support cost analysis to identify savings opportunities.
• Generate reports to track spend, delivery performance, and usage trends.
• Compliance & Documentation
• Ensure purchasing activities meet company SOPs, cGMP, DEA, and FDA guidelines.
• Maintain organized records for audits and quality assurance reviews.
