Procurement Lead - Analytics, ESG & Indirects Join our Procurement team on a 12-month Fixed Term contract, as a key driver of analytics, e-procurement, and ESG initiatives. You’ll lead Ariba implementation, manage procurement data and reporting, and support our ESG and social procurement strategies. Category management for indirects (travel, PPE, workwear, etc.) is also part of the role. What you’ll do: Lead Ariba supplier enablement and onboarding Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align procurement systems with business goals Develop procurement analytics and reporting tools Extract and analyse data from SAP, BWHANA, and other sources Support ESG and social procurement initiatives Manage select indirect categories including travel & accommodation, PPE, Workwear, Stationery, and General Waste What you’ll bring: Experience with Ariba Buying (desirable) 2+ years in procurement (construction/manufacturing preferred) Strong analytical and Excel skills; SAP/BWHANA a plus Bachelors degree in business/engineering preferred A customer focused approach and be self-motivated About Heidelberg Materials With more than 4,000 employees across 300 sites, we have an extensive production and logistics network across Australia.
