Procurement Lead – Construction Procurement Location: Bangalore Work Mode: 6 days (Work from Office) Position Overview: The Procurement Lead will oversee strategic and end‑to‑end procurement for Construction, D&B, Fit-out, and Base build categories. This role requires deep category expertise, strong commercial acumen, and the ability to partner closely with the client’s procurement team in Bangalore. The position ensures governance, quality sourcing, risk mitigation, and timely award of packages for large-scale programs. Key Responsibilities: • Lead complete sourcing cycles for civil, interior, MEP, GC, PMC, and turnkey packages. • Develop sourcing strategies aligned to project timelines and budget. • Drive RFI/RFQ/RFP processes, evaluate bids, and prepare negotiation strategies. • Ensure contracts include LDs, warranties, statutory compliance, milestone billing, and delivery commitments. • Conduct supplier performance reviews and maintain strong vendor relationships. • Monitor procurement risks, compliance gaps, and mitigation plans. • Liaise with project managers, QS teams, commercial managers, and cost controllers to ensure alignment. Requirements: • 12–14 years of procurement experience, exclusively in construction categories. • Strong negotiation skills with proven savings and value‑engineering outcomes. • Ability to manage complex stakeholder groups and cross-functional alignment. • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
