Procurement Lead

Key Responsibilities

Lead procurement strategy for major construction projects.

Manage sourcing, tendering, bid evaluation, negotiations, and supplier selection.

Develop procurement schedules aligned with project requirements.

Lead commercial negotiations and supplier/contractor engagement.

Monitor procurement risks, costs, lead times, and delivery.

Ensure compliance with client procurement policies and governance.

Requirements

10 15+ years' procurement experience, preferably construction/PMC.

Strong UAE/GCC experience in major projects.

Experience in strategic sourcing, tender management, and commercial negotiations.

• Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Procurement, Business, or related discipline; CIPS preferred.
