Description

Manage the full procurement cycle, including sourcing, price negotiation, and order execution to ensure timely product availability. Liaise closely with local suppliers on pricing, promotional activities, delivery schedules, and issue resolution. Support new SKU listings, product evaluation, and performance tracking to optimize product assortment and category performance. Conduct regular market surveys and benchmarking to ensure competitive pricing and identify new opportunities. Ensure timely and accurate issuance of Purchase Orders (POs) and closely monitor delivery schedules. Maintain accurate and up-to-date master data, including SKU information, pricing, and supplier details. Coordinate effectively with internal stakeholders (e.g., merchandising, operations, warehouse) and external suppliers to ensure smooth execution of procurement activities. Work independently to manage priorities, handle multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Perform other related duties and ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
