We are looking for a Procurement & Logistics Coordinator to join our FE_WIBU team in Australia .

Responsibilities

YOUR MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Collaborate with Sales on S&OP planning to ensure optimal stock holdings at part-number level.
  • Define, monitor, and adjust safety stock and reorder levels based on market demand.
  • Place and manage replenishment orders across multiple factories, maintaining accurate master data in D365 ERP.
  • Consolidate inventory and logistics data to coordinate container shipments and reduce costs.
  • Lead inbound activities including discrepancy resolution, customs clearance, and tariff paperwork.
  • Manage customer returns, assess resale viability, and coordinate repackaging or credit issuance.
  • Reconcile monthly and annual stock records between warehouse and ERP systems to ensure audit compliance.
  • Support ERP module implementation and optimization for inventory management, resolving issues and driving improvements.

TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL NEED:

  • Proven experience in demand planning, inventory management, or supply chain operations.
  • Strong understanding of ERP systems (preferably D365) and data management.
  • Excellent analytical skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across international factory networks.
  • Familiarity with logistics, customs documentation, and tariff concessions.
  • Exceptional communication and coordination skills.
  • Flexibility to adapt to evolving systems and processes.
