SHIPMENT & LOGISTICS

• Plan and manage local and international shipments, including import/export, container dispatch, and delivery arrangements.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, hauliers, and warehouse teams to ensure timely movement of goods.
• Prepare and maintain accurate shipping documentation, such as invoices, delivery orders, packing lists, and customs forms.
• Fetch, compare, and evaluate sea freight rates from multiple carriers and agents to ensure cost-effective shipping solutions.
• Track shipments from origin to destination and resolve delays or discrepancies as needed.
• Ensure full compliance with import/export regulations and internal SOPs.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain or related field.
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in procurement and/or logistics.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
