Job Description Develop and implement category & sourcing strategies, collaborating with brand, product, and inventory teams to align priorities. Manage global supplier sourcing, selection, and negotiations, leveraging the Asia sourcing office where appropriate. Conduct market analysis and cost management, working closely with the Sourcing Cost Analyst to ensure data-driven procurement activities. Lead cross-functional collaboration to capture new product developments and cost reduction opportunities. Oversee supplier performance, including capacity monitoring, quality standards, and adherence to timelines. Prepare management reports on supplier performance, market analysis, and cost developments. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements while maintaining accurate procurement records. Qualifications Business studies degree or comparable professional training with 3-5 years of experience in sourcing, buying, and procurement, preferably in e-commerce/retail/consumer goods sector Proven experience in strategic purchasing activities, including tendering, negotiation, and strategy development Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and business fluent in English (additional languages advantageous) Supply market knowledge and supplier development capabilities Willingness to travel internationally Additional Information With more than 1,000 passionate professionals located across 6 European offices, we believe our success comes from working together and leveraging our international strengths.
