As a Procurement Manager, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Develop and implement procurement strategies, policies, SOPs and e-procurement system improvements.
• Streamline procurement processes, strengthen governance and mitigate supply chain risks.
• Manage supplier relationships, maintain an approved vendor list and consolidate demand across multiple project sites to achieve cost efficiencies.
• Lead sourcing activities, supplier negotiations and contract management to secure competitive pricing, quality and service.
• Oversee contract renewals, variations, terms and conditions, and resolve contractual or supplier-related issues.
• Manage procurement budgets, monitor expenditure and drive cost-saving initiatives.
• Conduct market research, price benchmarking and supplier performance evaluations to support sourcing decisions.
• Prepare procurement evaluation reports, management recommendations and audit documentation.
• Advise stakeholders on procurement policies and ensure compliance with company procedures.
• Collaborate with internal departments on procurement planning, forecasting and inventory requirements.
• Lead and develop the procurement team, setting performance objectives and providing coaching and training.

Requirements

• Degree in Business, Supply Chain or equivalent; minimum 5 years’ procurement experience, including 3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong expertise in strategic sourcing, supplier management, contract negotiation and cost control.
• Proficient in ERP/e-procurement systems, with strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
