Job Title: Procurement Manager

Location: Dubai, UAE

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Procurement Manager to oversee procurement activities, manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure cost-effective and timely purchasing of materials and supplies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement procurement strategies.
• Manage supplier sourcing, evaluation, and negotiations.
• Oversee purchasing of raw materials, packaging materials, machinery, and operational supplies.
• Control procurement costs and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Coordinate with production, warehouse, finance, and supply-chain teams.
• Monitor inventory requirements and ensure timely material availability.
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.
• Lead and develop the procurement team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 8–12+ years of procurement experience, including managerial experience.
• Experience in FMCG, manufacturing, or distribution is preferred.
• Strong negotiation, supplier management, and cost-control skills.
• Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or equivalent.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
• CIPS or equivalent certification is an advantage.
