Roles & Responsibilities

1. Manage the complete procurement cycle for aluminum, façade, glazing, and related construction materials.
2. Source and evaluate suppliers locally and internationally.
3. Negotiate pricing, payment terms, delivery schedules, and contracts with suppliers.
4. Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and manufacturers.
5. Review project BOQs, specifications, and material requirements.
6. Coordinate with Project, Estimation, Design, Production, and Engineering teams to ensure timely procurement.
7. Monitor material prices, market trends, and supplier performance.
8. Issue and manage purchase orders while ensuring compliance with company procedures.
9. Ensure materials are delivered on time and meet project quality requirements.
10. Maintain procurement reports, cost analysis, and supplier records.

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
2. Minimum +13 years of procurement experience in Aluminum, Façade, Curtain Wall, Glazing, or Construction industries.
3. Strong knowledge of aluminum profiles, glass, hardware, accessories, and façade materials.
4. Proven experience in supplier negotiation and cost optimization.
5. Strong understanding of project-based procurement processes.
6. UAE/GCC experience is preferred.
7. Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
8. Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
