Ideal candidates should be able to communicate effectively with business units and establish constructive partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.Responsibilities:- Partner with SEA (South East Asia) & AUNZ (Australia & New Zealand) Regional and Global Marketing teams to develop sourcing strategy across multiple sub-categories, including Media buying, Creative & Video Production, Social and PR communication, Creator Marketing, Events etc. With primary focus on SEA.- Leading continual improvement and innovation in company compliance, supplier management, sourcing process optimization, and purchasing efficiency.- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve work efficiency, accountability for flawless and professional execution of strategies and timely resolution of issues.- Leading and managing key internal and external procurement relationships regionally; Build category intelligence and insights by conducting deep-dive regional/global sourcing analysis.- Be the expert of commodity by knowing the market, competitions, capable suppliers in different locations in the region with the skills to influence the market.- Develop a robust, qualified vendor pool using appropriate procurement evaluation tools and processes. These include developing sourcing strategies, conducting RFXs, negotiating contracts, and managing partnerships.- To provide the business units with the most effective procurement solutions/methods such as portfolio management, total cost analysis, risk assessment, and project timing forecasts.- Provide end-to-end procurement support, including P2P, negotiation, and execution of contracts, monitoring project deliverables and key milestones, developing supplier performance management programs, and developing business allocation policies and procedures to manage supplier contractual obligations/violations.- Drive procurement efficiency and implement the best practices by creating contract frameworks, rate cards, catalog buying, punch out, etc., and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve work efficiency, accountability for flawless and professional execution of strategies, and timely resolution of issues.- Establish a constructive and sustainable partnership with key business stakeholders and acquire an in-depth understanding of each business unit you support.- Other special/ad-hoc projects or support as required.
