Based in Abu Dhabi, we are seeking a Supply Chain Manager to oversee the end-to-end procurement process across the APAC & MEC region. Accountabilities Oversee the end-to-end procurement process for in-scope areas Ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of materials, equipment, and services Develop and implement procurement policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance efficiency and compliance Establish and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to ensure reliable supply and quality of goods and services Conduct supplier performance evaluations and implement improvement plans as necessary Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to secure favorable terms and conditions Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements within the procurement function. Monitor and analyze procurement expenditures to ensure budget adherence and cost efficiency. Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure procurement effectiveness and cost savings Work closely with internal stakeholders to align procurement activities with business needs Support project teams by ensuring timely procurement of materials and services for new projects and initiatives Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across departments to achieve common goals Identify and mitigate procurement-related risks, including supply chain disruptions and non-compliance with regulations Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards in all procurement activities Maintain up to date knowledge of industry regulations, standards and best practices Coach and mentor procurement team members and high-potential talent. Responsibilities Manage ethics and risk mapping based on geographic footprint of operations Provide procurement status reports (PSRs) to business line and project managers 7–10+ years’ experience in end-to-end supply chain, logistics, or operations (preferably multi-country across APAC and MEC regions) Experience in a regulated, complex, or asset-intensive industry Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Business, or related field APICS (CSCP/CPIM), CIPS, or Lean Six Sigma certification is preferred EnerMech is dedicated to fostering a diverse and inclusive organization.
