Procurement Manager

Job Location : Dubai, UAE

Job Description :

• Conducting supplier meetings and negotiating commercial terms

• Representing the company on pricing, lead times and delivery conditions

• Negotiating measurable improvements in pricing, Incoterms, MOQ and credit terms

• Acting as the primary point of contact for suppliers supporting the Dubai unit

• Maintaining organized supplier records and procurement reports

• Monitoring supplier follow-ups to ensure purchasing needs are met on time

• Supporting participation in industry exhibitions such as Automechanika Dubai

• Helping improve purchasing procedures and supplier management processes

Job Details :

• 2+ years of experience in procurement, foreign trade, distribution or a related field

• Strong supplier negotiation and follow-up skills

• Good understanding of commercial purchasing terms and processes

• Confident business communication in both English and Arabic

• Strong organizational skills for managing structured supplier data and reporting

• Results-oriented, with a focus on commercial outcomes

• Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field preferred
