Supply Chain & Sourcing ManagerNorth York$100-130K

Our client is seeking an experienced supply chain leader to oversee procurement, sourcing, planning and supplier performance while leading a team of procurement professionals.

• Key ResponsibilitiesLead and develop the procurement/planning team.
• Oversee purchasing, supply planning and vendor performance.
• Lead sourcing initiatives, negotiations, contracts and cost-saving opportunities.
• Manage supplier relationships, performance and risk.
• Ensure continuity of supply and timely delivery of materials.
• Partner with Operations, Sales and Demand Planning to align supply with business needs.
• Drive process improvements, KPIs, reporting and ERP/MRP enhancements.
• Identify supply constraints and develop mitigation strategies.
• Support new product launches and supplier onboarding.

• QualificationsBachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business or related field.
• 6+ years of procurement/supply chain experience.
• 4+ years of leadership experience.
• Ideal candidate to have CPG experience
• Strong sourcing, negotiation and supplier-management skills.
• Experience with contract manufacturing or outsourced production is an asset.
• Strong analytical and cross-functional communication skills.
