We’re seeking an experienced and driven Procurement Manager to spearhead the design and implementation of our procurement function. This is a greenfield opportunity to build a team, shape processes, implement tools and define procurement strategy in a dynamic legal services environment.

  • Design and implement a detailed roadmap to establish end-to-end procurement processes;
  • Collaborate with legal, finance, risk and social responsibility departments to align procurement with firm objectives;
  • Implement procurement systems and analytics tools to monitor spend and performance;
  • Ensure adherence to legal and regulatory standards in all purchasing activities
  • Develop sourcing strategies with a primary focus on IT (hardware, software, support) and Facilities (maintenance, utilities);
  • Manage vendor relationships and negotiation processes to ensure value and compliance;
  • Prepare and present procurement reports to senior managemen
