About the role We are looking for a Procurement Manager to join our team of experienced procurement and contract management professionals working on some of the largest and most advanced pharma projects in NNE’s history. Right now, our focus is on successfully delivering some of the largest and most ambitious API projects in NNE’s history. This places procurement and contract management at the heart of project delivery, ensuring that suppliers, commercial agreements and execution strategies are aligned to realise the full value of these investments. As a team, we drive commercial excellence across complex engineering projects and act as trusted partners to project organisations throughout the project lifecycle. As a Procurement Manager, you will be responsible for leading procurement activities, securing strong supplier agreements and supporting successful project execution through effective contract management and commercial guidance. Location Kalundborg or Virum Experience Minimum 5 Years Department Procurement & Contract Management How you might spend your days As a Procurement Manager, you’ll be: Commercially responsible for defined project packages typically ranging from DKK 10 million to several hundred million Planning and conducting tenders, including supplier dialogue and evaluation Leading negotiations and contract finalisation with Danish and international suppliers Managing contracts throughout execution to ensure progress, compliance and successful delivery Collaborating closely with internal and external stakeholders, including project teams and construction sites Who you are We care about who you are as a person. If you do not meet all the qualifications listed below, you are welcome to offer alternative experience that you think would be valuable in this role: Minimum 5 years of experience within procurement or contract management Relevant educational background within supply chain, business, law, engineering, or similar Experience working in project-based environments, ideally within construction or engineering Experience working with contractors on-site and familiarity with AB18 Fluent in Danish and English, both written and spoken, is required, as some work tasks involve Danish written documentation.
