Responsibilities

· Negotiate and manage supplier contracts, SLAs, and procurement terms to ensure cost-effective, high-quality supply.
· Execute procurement strategies, manage large order volumes, and expedite urgent materials to meet project milestones.
· Maintain accurate stock levels, support stock takes, and manage the material flow to workshops and sites.
· Promote continuous improvement through LEAN methodologies, procurement KPIs, and system enhancements.
· Build and maintain strong supplier and customer relationships, resolving queries and ensuring timely payments.
· Provide procurement reports, cost analyses, and KPI updates to internal and external stakeholders.
· Support EHS, Quality, and IT functions in line with compliance standards and company policies.
· Contribute to estimating, tendering, and procurement strategy development to drive cost optimisation.
