Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are seeking an experienced, results-driven Procurement Manager with a strong background in block and concrete manufacturing to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of procurement expertise in construction or heavy manufacturing, with a deep understanding of GCC supply chains, supplier networks, and cost-optimization strategies.
This role requires a proven leader with high ethical standards, exceptional negotiation skills, and the ability to manage end-to-end procurement operations while ensuring transparency and compliance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and execute procurement strategies to support production and project timelines.
  • Source and manage suppliers for raw materials (cement, aggregates, additives), equipment, and logistics.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms to maximize cost efficiency without compromising quality.
  • Build and maintain a strong supplier network (local and international) for concrete/block manufacturing.
  • Monitor market trends, pricing fluctuations, and supply chain risks; implement mitigation plans.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and UAE regulations.
  • Collaborate with production, engineering, and finance teams to align procurement with operational needs.
  • Lead a procurement team, driving performance, accountability, and process improvements.
