Description
- Lead and execute the company's procurement strategy to support business objectives. - Manage sourcing and purchasing of machinery, spare parts, services, and project related materials. - Develop and manage supplier relationships, including supplier evaluation, negotiation, contract management, and performance review. - Drive cost reduction initiatives, improve procurement efficiency, and optimize inventory management. - Coordinate with Sales, Service, Warehouse, Logistics, and Finance teams to ensure smooth operations and project delivery. - Oversee import procurement, delivery planning, and urgent purchasing requirements. - Ensure compliance with procurement policies, contracts, and risk management standards. - Lead, develop, and manage the procurement team to achieve operational excellence. - Bachelor's degree or higher in Supply Chain, Logistics, Purchasing, International Trade, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. - Minimum 8 years of procurement experience, including at least 3 years in a management role. - Experience in construction machinery, automotive, heavy equipment, manufacturing, or related industries is highly preferred. - Strong knowledge of procurement, supply chain, inventory management, and ERP systems. - Excellent negotiation, supplier management, leadership, and cost-control skills. - English and Thai are good - Personal Accident Insurance - Life Insurance & Health Insurance - Provident Fun -Annual Bonus
